Contest Rules

 

  1. The contest is open to attendees of the 31st Annual Tammy Schneider Bridal Festival, January 9 & 10, 2010.  Must be a legal resident of the United States and over the age of 18. You must register at the show on on Saturday January 9th and Sunday January 10th before 1pm along with your fiancé we will draw 4 couples each day & you would need to be available to compete live on stage on Sunday Jan. 10th at 2pm. Both Bride & groom must be present at this time & ready to compete on Sunday Jan. 10th at 1pm. All four partners must be present at this time and ready to compete on Sunday in our exciting Project Runaway contest to be eligible to win the $10,000. Wedding package. Identification must be produced on request. Employees of Tammy Schneider Bridal Festival, its contest sponsor, advertising and promotional agencies and their respective affiliates and associates and such employees' immediate family members and persons with whom such employees are domiciled are excluded from this contest.

  2. The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.

  3. Decisions of the contest judges are final - no substitutions will be available.

  4. By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture data storage) which Tammy Schneider Bridal Festival  may deem appropriate.

  5. In accepting the prize, the winner, acknowledges that Tammy Schneider Bridal  may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s).

  6. From the 4 couples names drawn on Saturday & the 4 couples names drawn on Sunday, we will have all 8 couples on stage live on Sunday at 2pm, where we will have each couple draw a number to decide which of those 8 couples will be chosen to compete live on stage for our surprise contest consisting of 4 couples left to vie for the $10,000. wedding package.

  7. Detailed contest rules applicable to this contest, including contest entry dates, how to enter, and prize value, number and any restrictions applicable to these prizes are available upon request from Tammy Schneider Bridal Fest

  8. Winner (s ) must sign a release form as prepared and accepted by Tammy Schneider Bridal Festival  acknowledging their acceptance and understanding of the complete contest rules.

  9. Tammy Schneider Bridal Festival  retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.

  10. This contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.

  11. Tammy Schneider Bridal Festival reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.

  12. Approximate value of prizes varies.

  13. Prize(s)   cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer and may not be separated and must be accepted as awarded, cash equivalent substitution will not be available. All tickets issued in conjunction with the Grand Prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles, and no code-share flights may be used.
